Cardio Step POP UP Class!

Join us for our NEW CARDIO STEP POP UP CLASS! I will keep the moves basic enough so you won’t be overwhelmed but challenging enough that you’ll burn lots of calories!! Using a step in your workout not only has amazing cardiovascular benefits, but it whips those thighs, buns, & calves in shape in record time! There’s a reason STEP CLASSES have been around for years…the results are phenomenal!! You know me, I’ll target those arms, back and abdominals too with strength training & light work with dumbbells. You decide how hard you work, add risers to your step for more of a challenge, or come off the step at anytime and do the work on the floor. I’m super EXCITED to teach this class, I know your going to LOVE IT!!~Sunshine☀️
There will be 2 classes on Sunday, March 31st-one at 2:00pm and 4:00pm! Prepay is required, $10 per class. Spots are VERY limited, so message Sunshine to reserve at (207)991-8070 or sign up at the studio as soon as you can! First come first serve!
